— Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis is suing his former agents for increasing their legal fees without his knowledge while he was playing for the Patriots.

Revis sued Neil Schwartz and Jonathan Feinsod along with their sports agency Schwartz & Feinsod, LLC last week in Westchester (N.Y.) Supreme Court.

Revis alleges when he signed an endorsement deal with Healthy Beverages, LLC, the producer of the Steaz green tea energy drink, Schwartz increased his legal fee from 10 percent to 50 percent on the deal without telling Revis.

The complaint states in January 2015 Schwartz had Revis initial pages detailing legal fee changes without explaining them or “giving Mr. Revis time to read it or a copy to read at a later date.”

At that time, Revis was with the Patriots and documents say he was “focused on the playoffs and the Super Bowl” and signed the legal fee documents because he “trusted” Schwartz.

Schwartz’s attorney denied the accusations and claims Revis filed this lawsuit to get out of paying the agents fees he owes from the deal he signed with the Jets.

This offseason Revis split with Schwartz and Feinsod who negotiated all of Revis’ contracts since he was drafted, including his most recent five-year, $70 million contract with the Jets before the 2015 season.

— Dennis Rodman was charged on Monday with a hit-and-run after reportedly driving the wrong way on a California freeway back on July 20.

The Orange County District Attorney accused Rodman in a statement of driving north in a southbound lane before crashing his SUV head-on into another car. The other car swerved and crashed into a concrete dividing wall.

Rodman left the scene and later gave incorrect accounts of the incident when speaking with the California Highway Patrol.

Rodman is also accused of driving without a license.

His lawyer told the Los Angeles Times the incident happened on an exit ramp that did not have sufficient road signs.

“Mr. Rodman turned and corrected the driving error, stopped and spoke with the people in the other car,” Rodman’s lawyer Paul S. Meyer said. “Their cars never touched. We look forward to a discussion of all of the facts.”

— Jurgen Klinsmann is out as U.S. men’s soccer coach.

Klinsmann was fired by the team on Monday, U.S. Soccer president Sunil Gulati announced. Klinsmann was also relieved of his duties as the technical director for U.S. Soccer.

“While we remain confident that we have quality players to help us advance to Russia 2018, the form and growth of the team up to this point left us convinced that we need to go in a different direction,” Gulati said in a statement. He is expected to further explain this in a press conference on Tuesday.

This firing comes after a concerning stretch for U.S. team, culminating in a 4-0 loss to Costa Rica last Tuesday.

His replacement has not been named but it is expected to be Bruce Arena, a former Major League Soccer player who coached the national team from 1998 to 2006.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “As I think I’ve said on dozens of occasions, every decision we make here is based on what’s best for the football team.” — Bill Belichick, to CSNNE’s Mike Giardi on Jabaal Sheard’s drop-off in playing time that culminated with Sheard being inactive for the 49ers game

HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Jonny Gomes (35), Drew Pomeranz (28)
